Companies built
About
Built in the room, not in theory.
I have been in the room when a round should have worked... and still did not. The numbers looked respectable. The meetings kept happening. Something underneath the story did not hold.
Exits realized
Failures that sharpened judgment
That pattern showed up too many times to ignore. Founders thought they had a deck problem. What they actually had was a trust problem. Weak positioning. Proof that did not connect. A round narrative that fell apart under scrutiny.
I have built eight companies, seen three exits, and lived through five failures that taught me more than the wins did. That is the lens I bring into fundraising work now, especially for founders raising in MENA and Emerging Markets where context, timing, and investor pattern recognition matter more than founders expect.
Today the work is simple to describe. I help founders make the raise legible. Better story. Better proof. Better judgment about what investors will question next.
The goal is not a prettier pitch. The goal is a round that feels credible the moment serious investors start pulling on the thread.
